July 2024: Remote Monitoring 1.0

The first release of Badger Meter Remote Monitoring. While much care was taken to preserve all user data and application functionality there are a few changes that were unavoidable. Please see the list of changes below and any user actions that are required. If this guide does not fully address your questions, please reach out to our support team at telogsupport@badgermeter.com.

Single Sign-on Configuration

Customers that are using SSO (single-sign on) through ESRI ArcGIS online or portal must update the callback URL before SSO will work with the Badger Meter Remote Monitoring.

Remote Monitoring Feature Service for ArcGIS

Customers that embed feature service data from Remote Monitoringin ArcGIS products such as web maps and dashboards must update the URLs used to access the feature services.

Mobile Application

Badger Meter has launched a new mobile app that works alongside the Remote Monitoring Web App. Please search the Google Play Store and Apple Store for Badger Meter Remote Monitoring to locate and download the new app.

Historian API Changes

While API itself has not changed, the access token URL has been updated. If you are using a the trimbleunity.com token endpoint in your scripts and source code, you will need to update your code with the new telogdhs.net URL.
